Ultra has finally confirmed the news by a brief statement relayed on its social medias, Ultra Music Festival is postponed to March 25th, 26th & 27th 2022.

A few weeks after Billboard revealed the news of Ultra 2021 to be canceled, Ultra Music Festival finally got around to making its own official announcement. Ultra sent an email directly to ticket buyers and released a statement on its social medias profile also revealing the dates of Ultra Music Festival 2022.

Ultra Music Festival 2022 in March 25th, 26th & 27th

When we know all the problems and conflicts of recent years between the city of Miami and Ultra regarding the organization of the Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park, it is a safe bet that the festival had to negotiate the postponement of this edition , the second in 2 years.

It's likely that this delay was due to a postponement of the concession made by the city to Ultra so that the festival can guarantee the 2022 edition (and also the 2023 edition) at the same place & thus avoid refund of tickets. In fact, like last year, the festival is not offering ticket refunds but instead, Ultra is offering a number of “benefits”.

Ultra's benefits list offer for 2020 tickets holders

Ultra is offering a new “ Premium General Admission ” upgrade to all GA ticket holders which include a dedicated entrance, air-conditioned bathrooms, and a special lounge. They’re also offering a merch discount code and entrance 1 hour early to see a special headliner set.

Lastly, you’ll get 1 free ticket to an Ultra Worldwide event valid through December 31, 2022. They’re also throwing in a chance to win a lifetime pass and early ticket sale access in case clients want to buy more tickets.

From there, the mail is including a link to confirm the deal and select 2022 or 2023 for your exchange, if buyers don't “exchange, upgrade, and elect the benefits offered” their 2020 ticket(s) will automatically be honored at Ultra 2022.
